1. Fresh Cut Flower Longevity:
The longevity of fresh cut flowers is a topic often inquired about, and understandably so. The duration varies based on factors such as flower variety, care regimen, ambient temperature, and placement. Generally speaking, fresh cut flowers can last anywhere from 4 to 10 days when properly cared for in water. Certain varieties, such as hydrangeas, lilacs, and dahlias, have shorter vase lives, while others, like mums, cymbidium orchids, and carnations, boast extended longevity, enduring beyond 2 weeks with diligent maintenance. It's important to note that flowers arranged in floral foam may experience a shorter lifespan.

2. Delivery Availability and Timing:
We permit orders to be placed up to 2 days in advance of the desired delivery date. This allows us ample time to source the requisite flowers and materials to craft your arrangement. While we strive to mirror the image depicted, certain substitutions may be necessary based on seasonal availability. For same-day delivery requests, please contact us directly via. phone, as online ordering for same-day delivery is not available.

3. Scheduled Deliveries:
We do our best to accommodate time-specified deliveries but there maybe times where those requested times conflict with other existing orders. Please be understanding of this and we will do our best to find a resolution with you. As well, we cannot guarantee timed deliveries on special holidays, like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day due to the rush of orders. We also cannot guarantee a delivery time with same-day deliveries as we need to honour the existing orders we have.

4. Personalized Messages:
Included with your floral arrangement is a complimentary card where you can pen a heartfelt message to the recipient. There is a small section located in your shopping cart where you're invited to leave your personalized note.

5. Pricing and Bouquet Variability:
Flower prices fluctuate based on numerous factors, including variety, seasonality, and market conditions. As such, the composition and size of our designer choice bouquets may vary from one purchase to another. We believe in providing our customers with the best value for their investment and aim to offer a diverse selection of blooms reflective of their monetary worth.
