Delivery Disclaimer

While we make every effort to fulfill your order according to your specifications or the provided photograph, we reserve the right to substitute certain elements if we believe it will enhance the beauty of the arrangement or if a particular flower is unavailable. Rest assured, your arrangement will still be crafted with the utmost care and with the freshest products available.

Flowers are inherently natural, and sometimes their behaviour can be unpredictable. If you're not completely satisfied with your arrangement, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll do our best to rectify the situation.

For Same-Day Delivery :

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed Monday through Saturday. For special holidays, like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, we can offer a limited number of same-day deliveries.

To ensure same-day delivery within Vancouver, please place your order by 12pm. For deliveries outside of central Vancouver, please order by 10am.

For deliveries outside Vancouver, we recommend placing your order 24 hours in advance. Same-day deliveries outside Vancouver are only possible if ordered by 10am.

Deliveries are typically all made by late afternoon. We will do our best to comply with any requested delivery times but please understand that it is hard to meet delivery time requests for same-day orders as we need to prioritize the existing orders of the day as well.

 

For Deliveries: 

When placing your order, it would be much appreciated if you could leave important information such as buzzer numbers and recipient availability so as to ensure a smooth delivery process.

If we're unable to reach the recipient, we'll postpone the delivery until they're available. Our goal is to complete all deliveries by 4pm, although unforeseen circumstances like weather or delivery-related issues may extend this timeframe to later.

 

For Special Holiday Deliveries:

Please note that we cannot guarantee timed deliveries for special dates as it will be hard for us to ensure on-time delivery when it is incredibly busy.
